Welcome to my little corner of the internet, where I've built a simple little pulpit to get some thoughts out
I've been sitting on this idea for a while, and it is years late, but better late than never. As you go about your day, do you feel the apathy? See the apathy? All around me, everyone going about their own lives without a thought of everyone else. Fuck you, pay me. Imma get mine. It's understandable, we've been beaten down mentally by world around us. Shown that many of the institutions created to help no longer seem to care. While it is easy to get mad at everyone and their selfish ways, it really makes me sad. Where has the empathy gone? Sure, you justify your action by saying it will benefit you, but at what cost? Even the little things add up; death by papercut. Will the machines bring enlightenment and force us to face our dessicating humanity? Or will they further our descent into total apathy? I hope for the former.
